Hari Aum Sadhakas,
Srimad Bhagavad Gita, the enlightening conversation between Lord Krishna and Arjuna ( the divine and the human) took place in the middle of Kurukshetra - the battlefield of the Kurus. Spoken by Lord Krishna to Arjuna, it transcends its immediate context to offer eternal wisdom for every seeker across ages. The Gita is not merely a scripture; it is a profound manual for living with clarity, courage, and spiritual integrity. It speaks to the inner dilemmas we all face, between duty and emotion, action and inaction, self-interest and surrender. In a world increasingly caught in material noise and moral confusion, the Gita’s voice is more relevant than ever. Its message invites us to live with equanimity, offer our actions without attachment, and realize the divine charioteer guiding us from within.
For those who wish to dive deeper, Vanamali Mataji is currently conducting insightful classes on the Bhagavad Gita on Instagram ( Every Saturday at 11 AM - 12 PM IST) , a golden opportunity to learn and explore this immortal dialogue that continues to illuminate the path of dharma and inner awakening.

Question Of The Week
Q - What is the significance of reciting Sahasranāmas in Sanātana Dharma?
A - Reciting Sahasranāmas, the "thousand names" of a deity, is a powerful form of devotion and meditation in Sanātana Dharma. Each name reveals a divine quality, helping the devotee connect with the cosmic essence. Regular chanting purifies the mind, invokes divine grace, and strengthens spiritual discipline.

The Hindu Way of Life
Relationships like spouse, children, house, and possessions are formed due to past-life karmic debts (ṛṇānubandha). When these debts are repaid, the bonds naturally dissolve. Understanding this helps cultivate detachment and inner peace, reminding us not to grieve over loss but to accept life’s changes as part of a greater karmic design.
Reflection of the Week
The ego gives us the illusion of control, making us believe we are the doers of all actions. In truth, our life unfolds according to prārabdha karma, the portion of past karma chosen for this birth. The ego can only operate within that destined path; it cannot alter or transcend it. True freedom begins when we surrender the ego and align with the higher Self.
Mantra of the Week
प्रपन्नपारिजाताय तोत्रवेत्रैकपाणये । ज्ञानमुद्राय कृष्णाय गीतामृतदुहे नमः ॥
Prapanna paarijaataaya , totra vetraika paanaye Jnana mudraaya Krishnaaya geetamrita duhe namah.||
I bow to Lord Krishna, who is the celestial wish fulling tree to those who take refuge in him. He holds a whip in one hand and the Gyan Mudra, the symbol of knowledge in other. He alone is the one who has milked the nectar of Gita for us

Ayurvedic Health Tip of the Week - Urinary Tract Infections
What are some natural things you can do to prevent a UTI or support healing when you are suffering from one?
Sometimes when we are least expecting it, a UTI sneaks up on us, unwanted, sometimes painful, and if untreated, potentially very deadly. What might follow is a round of antibiotics, which for many may cause further imbalances to their microflora, digestive issues, and even tendon pain. What can one hence do to support the healing process, or even prevent a UTI from occuring?
- Traditionally, Indians have always used water to clean themselves after going to the toilet. With westernization and colonization, many Indians have completely switched to toilet paper - and this is a risk factor for UTIs becuase wiping can transfer ones faecal bacteria to ones urethra. Using sufficient sanitary water sources to instead clean oneself takes this issue away.
