Question Of The Week
Q - What is healing?
A - Healing is a dynamic and individualized process which may include physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and other aspects of life. It's not just about the absence of pain or symptoms but also about achieving a sense of wholeness, resilience, and restored well-being across different aspects of one's life and at various levels of subconsciousness.
Do send us your questions via the comment section or through live interaction with Vanamali Mataji on Instagram.
The Hindu Way of Life
The Sanskrit term "Karma" translates to 'action'. These actions occur in three stages: first in the mind or "Manas", then they are expressed through speech or "Vacha", and finally manifest as physical deeds or "Karma". Therefore, it is crucial for us to be mindful of the thoughts we cultivate in our minds, as they eventually shape our actions and outcomes.
Reflection of the Week
The initial pain or injury may not have been within our control, the process of recovery and moving forward rests on our shoulders. Taking responsibility for our healing often involves introspection, seeking support when needed, and making choices that contribute positively to our well-being. It's a reminder that despite challenges, we have the capacity to actively shape our journey towards healing and resilience.
Golden Opportunity to learn Sanskrit
Sanskrit is one of the oldest living languages in the world. Studies done abroad show that children who learn Sanskrit are brighter and more intelligent and have better memories than other children. It is also known to be the best suited for Computers.
It gives us immense pleasure to introduce Atul Srirag who is Shiksha Shashtri and well qualified to teach the divine language of Sanskrit. He can be contacted at athulshriragkr@gmail.com
Ayurvedic health tip of the week
The Human Body
The human body is the most elaborate scientific laboratory ever devised. Every fraction of a second, the human body looks to regenerate, repair, and bring itself back into a state of balance. This is what I know as a Naturopathic Doctor and this is what I trust: that your body has innate wisdom and in every process that I take, I look to honour and elevate that wisdom that is already within you and pulsing in each and every one of your cells. In your journey to your best health, honour this wisdom inherent in your body and honour the wisdom of Nature Herself. Bring yourself back to living in sync with Nature. Let Mother Nature's rhythms become part of your daily routine and part of your life. Work with a Naturopathic Doctor or Ayurvedic Doctor who aligns with this wisdom if you are looking for guidance and a helping hand.
Our trusted Naturopath is: Dr. Poorna Menon, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Pilgrimage with Vanamali Mataji
In March 2024, Vanamali Mataji traveled to the state of Maharashtra and made wonderful experiences visiting both ancient and modern temples around Mahabaleshwar. In this episode of the Mahabaleshwar series, Vanamali Mataji is visiting both Kedareshwara Mandir as well as an ancient Shiva temple with a very old deepastamb. Just as the Krishnabai Temple, these places were hardly frequented and allowed for wonderful meditations and abhishekams of the temple deity.
