Ayurvedic health tip of the week
Often times, how we react to a situation has its roots in how we observed our elders reacting to situations when we were children. If our elders' reactions were sarcastic, aggressive, angry, emotional, and/or uncontrolled - as children, we 'learnt' these approaches were the main way by which to deal with a situation. If our elders' reactions were thereby 'dysregulated', we picked up 'dysregulated' responses too. Does this ring true? In situations of conflict, do you react in an aggressive way because that is all you have seen in your own life?
