Question Of The Week
Q - Who can follow Sanatana Dharma, and what are its core principles that make it inclusive?
A - Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) is universal and open to all, regardless of birth, caste, nationality, or background. It emphasizes Dharma (righteousness), Karma (actions and consequences), and Moksha (liberation). Anyone who follows its principles - truth, non-violence, devotion, and self-realization, can embrace it. There are no rigid conversion rituals; it is more about adopting a way of life based on Vedic wisdom. Its inclusivity allows seekers from any faith or belief system to explore and practice its teachings.

The Hindu Way of Life
In Sanatana Dharma, devotion (Bhakti) is a fundamental aspect of the Hindu way of life, fostering a deep connection between the individual and the Divine. It is expressed through prayers, chanting, rituals, and selfless service, leading to inner peace and spiritual growth. Bhakti transcends caste, gender, and status, allowing anyone to surrender to the Divine with love and faith. The Bhagavad Gita emphasizes devotion as a direct path to Moksha (liberation), highlighting surrender (Sharanagati) and unwavering faith (Shraddha). Ultimately, Bhakti cultivates humility, compassion, and a sense of oneness with all beings.
Reflection of the Week
A tree with deep roots stands strong against the fiercest storms, just as a person with inner stability and resilience can endure life's challenges. When one's foundation is firm, whether through wisdom, experience, or emotional strength, external hardships cannot easily shake them. True strength comes not from resisting the storm, but from being deeply grounded in oneself.

Ayurvedic health tip of the week - Toxins in the Environment
The sad truth is much of our air, food, water, and belongings can contain various levels of toxicants these days, depending on the material they've been made from, the places they've been grown or sourced, etc. I have a theory that this is why certain neurogenerative conditions appear to be on the rise these days. So what can we do about this?
- Eat organic, locally sourced and seasonal food as far as possible
- If you consume meat, seafood, eggs, and dairy: try to source for organic/wild and free-range as far as possible
- Install a filter into your bathroom and kitchen taps/showerheads
